Hello and Welcome!
I’m Lesley McIntosh, and for two decades, I’ve had the privilege of leading brand strategy, marketing, and growth for some of the world’s most recognizable brands. My journey began with a deep-rooted passion for understanding consumer needs, wants, and behaviors, and connecting them with products that truly make a difference. From my early days as a Brand Manager at Procter & Gamble to leading marketing teams as Marketing Director at L’Oréal, Head of Marketing at Philips, and Vice President of Marketing at Revlon, I’ve developed a comprehensive skill set in building, scaling, and amplifying brands.
But my corporate experience is only part of the story. As an entrepreneur, I was a co-founder in an early-stage internet startup and then the founder and CEO of Luvi Beauty & Wellness, an ecommerce platform that curated over 600 products from 30+ indie brands. These ventures gave me invaluable insight into the unique challenges brand founders face when growing a business, from building brand awareness to scaling operations and driving sustained growth.
My training ground? I’ve worked for some of the world’s most successful agencies, brands, and consumer products companies and partnered with top retailers across multiple channels…
